What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address and the project description you write. Discovery call bookings are handled by Cal.com under their own privacy policy. We keep basic, aggregate technical logs (page views, errors) to operate the site; we do not run advertising trackers and we do not build visitor profiles.
How we use your data
We use the information you send us for one purpose: replying to you and, if we end up working together, delivering the services we agree on. We never sell your data and we never share it with third parties for marketing.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend. Call scheduling runs on Cal.com. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service.
Retention & your rights
We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to a potential or ongoing engagement. Under GDPR and Turkish data-protection law (KVKK) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time — email hello@synovix.net and we will act on it promptly.
